Our Way
Taste Crete’s Delights
Our work follows the rhythm of the seasons. Every summer, the grapes are harvested at peak ripeness, spread out to dry in the Cretan sun, and selected by hand. In the spring, tender vine leaves are gathered early and preserved with care.
Nothing here is done in a hurry. Good raisins and good vine leaves require patience — the same patience our family has brought to these vines for generations.
