Product 01
Raisins
Naturally sun-dried grapes from our own vineyards. Whole, clean, and graded by hand.
- What they are
- Naturally sun-dried grapes from our own vineyards in Profitis Ilias, Heraklion. Whole, clean, and graded by hand.
- Taste & texture
- Deep, honeyed sweetness, a soft chew, and a clear grape character — equally good on a cheese board, in baking, or eaten on their own.
- Harvest
- Late summer to early autumn. Picked at full ripeness and laid out to dry in the open air. No added oils, no artificial drying, no sulfites unless specified.
- Packaging
- Available in 5 kg cartons, 10 kg cartons, and 12.5 kg cartons for wholesale buyers.
- Quality
- Hand-sorted, stored cool and dry, packed close to dispatch.

Product 02
Vine Leaves
Young, tender leaves picked in late spring and preserved in brine to keep their freshness through the year.
- What they are
- Young, tender leaves picked from our vines in late spring, selected for size and texture, preserved in brine.
- Use
- The classic wrapper for dolmades, and a staple of Greek and Eastern Mediterranean cooking. Soft enough to fold, strong enough to hold a filling.
- Harvest
- Spring, when the leaves are at their most tender. Picked by hand, sorted, and jarred soon after.
- Availability
- Available in large wholesale quantities only. Suitable for food service, delicatessens, and export buyers. Contact us to discuss volumes and delivery.
- Quality
- A simple, traditional brine — no unnecessary additives.

Product 03
Grapes
Fresh grapes from our own vineyards in Profitis Ilias — seasonal, hand-harvested, and available direct from the farm.
- What they are
- Fresh table grapes grown on our terraced vineyards in the hills of Heraklion, Crete. The same vines that produce our raisins — harvested earlier, before drying, at peak freshness.
- Taste & character
- Sweet, full-bodied, and deeply flavored by the dry Cretan summer. No irrigation, no artificial forcing — just the vine and the sun.
- Season
- Late summer, typically August to September. Picked at full ripeness and available for a short window each year.
- Availability
- Available in large wholesale quantities only. Seasonal supply — contact us in advance to register interest and discuss volumes.
